Ashok Leyland Launches All-New 1922 4X2 CNG Truck With 1150km Range

Ashok Leyland has launched the new 1922 4X2 CNG-powered haulage truck in India. The new 1922 CNG truck is offered in four different loading span options and is equipped with a proven H6 CNG powertrain. According to the company, this truck enhances productivity and reduces turnaround times thanks to longer tyre life and service intervals.

With multiple CNG cylinder options to choose from (570 litres, 750 litres, 780 litres, 840 litres, 1080 litres and 1,200 litres) Ashok Leyland, the Indian flagship of the Hinduja Group also asserts that the 1922 4X2 CNG truck has the capacity to deliver a best-in-segment single-fill range of 1,150 kilometres for longer operations. 

Additionally, with a warranty of four years / 4,00,000 kilometres, the Ashok Leyland 1922 4X2 CNG truck is believed to be a robust commercial vehicle that can be operated without any worries of downtime. Featuring a H6 CNG engine, the brand says that the CNG truck is also engineered to deliver 220hp and 700Nm torque for tackling challenging conditions.

Offering multiple load span options- 20 feet, 22 feet, 24 feet and 32 feet, the Ashok Leyland 1922 4X2 CNG haulage truck is also suitable for numerous applications like e-commerce, parcel loads, auto parts and FMCG, among others.
