Baxy Mobility, a last-mile mobility solutions division of Baxy Group, launches a new range of electric three-wheelers that exemplify the brand's engineering excellence. The latest product range includes passenger and cargo carriers with advanced lead-acid and lithium-ion battery technology. From cost-effective entry-level models to high-performance models, Baxy is now offering a product lineup tailored to meet the requirements of customers.

New Baxy Mobility Electric Three-Wheelers

The Baxy Lion: The King Of L5 Three-Wheelers

The Baxy Lion is an efficient L5 D+3 category-wide body electric three-wheeler built to be an eco-friendly alternative to ICE products used in the shared mobility space. It is an ideal passenger carrier solution for rural and urban commuters –the key to your business expansion and profitability. 

Equipped with a 10.54 kWh battery, the Baxy Lion delivers 130 km of driving range on a single charge and Baxy claims this is tested out with load under real-world conditions. The Baxy Lion with a Lithium battery pack also churns out 6.3 kW of maximum power to clock speeds of up to 38 kmph. With 180 mm ground clearance, the vehicle is designed to tackle rural and urban driving conditions. It also has a wheelbase of 1910 for sufficient cabin space. 

The Baxy Chotu: L3 Special Purpose Three-Wheeler

The Baxy Chotu is a special purpose L3 category electric cargo three-wheeler ideal for your small business needs. Featuring a BLDC electric motor with a 50 amp controller, the electric powertrain is engineered to offer the best performance and safety. In terms of power output, this setup enables the vehicle to put out approximately 1.99 kW of power at 2000 rpm. Also, it takes 8 hours to fully charge the Chotu three-wheeler’s battery pack using an AC charger.  

Nevertheless, with a wheelbase measuring 2000 mm, the vehicle is thoughtfully designed to help businesses carry more loads per trip or stack their products onboard without worrying about space. Additionally, prioritising safety, the Baxy Chotu gets drum brakes. They also integrate low-maintenance components. The vehicle even has 140 mm ground clearance for driving on uneven roads and gets tough leaf spring suspension too. 

The Baxy Cub: Compact And Powerful Three-Wheeler

The Baxy Cub is yet another latest product perfect for semi-urban and urban operating conditions. Featuring a 150 Ah-Lithium battery pack and a powerful electric motor, the vehicle delivers a driving range of 130 plus km per charge, 8 kW power and 55 Nm of torque. With a 2000 mm wheelbase, the vehicle offers sufficient legroom inside the cabin. 

With a ground clearance of 170 mm, complemented by 3.5-4PR tyres, the vehicle is perfect for taking on uneven roads. Overall, the Bacy Cub is a compact yet spacious vehicle ideal for last-mile semi-urban and urban passenger transportation.

The Baxy Boss: The Boss Of Electric Passenger Three-Wheelers 

The Baxy Boss checks all the boxes, be it in terms of performance, safety or features. It comes with a tested 105 Ah Lithium-ion battery pack and a strong electric motor capable of delivering 1.74 kW of power at 1500 rpm. With a 2090 mm wheelbase, the Baxy Boss is truly the boss of comfort and space. Offering a 140 mm ground clearance, driving on uneven road surfaces is made easy. With tyres sized 3.75-12.66E/4PRS, this Boss has a tall appearance. 

The Baxy Taksy: Ideal Last Mile Mobility Solution

The Baxxy Taksy is an L3 category passenger three-wheeler delivering a 100-plus km driving range per single charge. It is equipped with a 115 Ah capacity battery pack and an efficient electric motor capable of delivering 1.74 kW of power at 1500 rpm. Like the Baxy Boss, the Taksy also has a wheelbase of 2090 mm for sufficient space inside the vehicle. 

The Baxy e-Magnate: Last Mile Cargo Three-Wheeler

The Baxy e-Magnate comes in cargo van and delivery van models. Both models deliver a 130-plus driving range featuring a 206 Ah lithium battery pack. This setup also enables the vehicle to deliver 6.3 kW of power and 55 Nm of maximum torque. The cargo van model and the delivery van model come with a wheelbase that measures 2110 mm.

Moreover, the cargo van body of the Baxy e-Magnate measures 1840 mm in length, 1510 mm in width and 300 mm in height. Meanwhile, the delivery van body of the vehicle is sized 1900 mm in length, 1450 mm in width and 1540 mm in height. Both these models come with 200 mm ground clearance. In terms of payload, the cargo van model offers 417 kg, while the delivery van has a 342 kg payload capacity. 

The Baxy ShakteE: An Affordable Last Mile Delivery Solution

Finally on the list of newly launched electric vehicles from Baxy is the ShakteE L3 category electric cargo three-wheeler. The ShakteE comes with a long 2090 mm wheelbase to carry small to medium-sized goods in a single trip to improve turnaround times. The vehicle has 140 mm ground clearance, and 310 kg load carrying capacity. The ShakteE also gets a load body measuring 1370 mm in length, 960 mm in width and 360 mm in height.

The newly launched Baxy passenger three-wheeler is outfitted with durable and reliable wiring harnesses, used on the electric powertrain. The Baxy Boss and Taksy gets a reverse parking camera as a standard feature for enhancing safety. 

Additionally, fire extinguishers are offered on some models to set high safety standards. For optimal uptime performance, the vehicles get a digital instrument cluster with warning symbols which helps drivers identify any malfunctions.  Also, for convenience, a music system is offered as a standard feature.
