Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) will launch two new electric trucks: M1KA 1.0 and M1KA 3.0, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 (Auto Expo 2025). OSM will also launch upgraded versions of its electric passenger vehicles, such as the Stream City 2.0. This vehicle will feature a continuously variable transmission; a first in the three-wheeler segment.
As a brand, OSM leans towards offering sustainable mobility solutions, particularly zero-emission electric passenger and cargo transport-oriented three-wheelers. The company aims to further enhance the commercial vehicle (CV) space by providing technologies such as telematics and battery-swapping solutions.
What Makes OSM’s New Trucks Unique?
The much anticipated OSM M1KA 1.0 is claimed by the company to be a four-wheeler truck designed to enhance the cargo transport operations of businesses. It is deemed by OSM as an efficient solution that combines cost-effectiveness, high load-carrying capacity and high torque generation abilities – factors that are crucial for carrying out intra-city fleet operations.

As for the OSM M1KA 3.0 electric truck, OSM asserts that it is designed to revolutionise the last-mile material movement operations offering high battery range and performance. These are critical factors that help businesses drive profitability. Apart from these aspects, the OSM M1KA 3.0 electric truck is expected to come with top-spec features such as DMS better known as a driver monitoring system. However, this is just a speculation considering few electric SCVs currently available in the CV market get such a functionality to enhance safety.
OSM Electric 3-Wheeler: Now Gets A CVT Gearbox?
OSM will now introduce continuously variable transmission technology – a first-in-segment feature with its Stream City 2.0 electric three-wheeler. The three-wheeled mobility solution will also feature a fixed battery with fast charging ability and swappable battery options. This is to suit the requirements of businesses and individual operators seeking a cost-effective solution. Additionally, the new three-wheeler from OSM will be outfitted with telematics for enabling real-time performance and battery health monitoring functionalities.
Conclusion: What Makes OSM’s Vehicles The Ideal Choice?
OSM has over 235 dealerships across all states in India ensuring better service reach to enhance uptime performance. With over 40 percent of its electric vehicles sold in Tier II and Tier III cities, OSM highlights its commitment to ensuring accessibility to its efficient mobility solutions. Leveraging on its high-performance powertrain technology, OSM is leaning towards offering efficient yet powerful solutions for customers, to help drivers improve their profitability. OSM trucks should be the best bet for driving business profitability because their three-wheeler counterparts have met the promises once claimed by the company.
