Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 (Auto Expo 2025) is right around the corner, scheduled for January 17th to 22nd of 2025. Greaves Cotton: Electric Three-Wheelers

Greaves Cotton brings to the table 165 years of engineering excellence to craft last-mile mobility solutions designed to offer efficiency. The company plans to launch electric-propelled three-wheelers meant for cargo and passenger transportation, in urban and semi-urban areas. This move highlights the brand’s roadmap to sustainable solutions, shifting from ICE-propelled vehicle engineering to electric solutions as the right means. 

The new three-wheelers are expected to integrate LFP or Lithium Iron Phosphate battery packs with high range capacity, perhaps, with a real-world range of at least 160 km. They should also feature a digital instrument cluster and mobile app-based telematics for convenience and a PMS motor for high-torque production. Currently, Greaves electric three-wheelers come with a 9.5 kW capacity motor suitable for last-mile fleet operations.

Ashok Leyland: Dost Express Van Model

Ashok Leyland, one of the leading manufacturers of heavy-duty trucks and buses is taking part in the Auto Expo 2025 to be conducted in New Delhi. There are speculations that Ashok Leyland will be showcasing the production-ready model of the “Dost” platform-based van that went on display at the Auto Expo 2024. Montra Electric: Mini Truck and Three-Wheelers

Montra Electric, a flagship electric vehicle brand of Murugappa Group, has confirmed that it will be launching a slew of vehicles including an electric SCV crafted for last-mile cargo mobility. The launch is expected to take place on January 17th 2025 at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The electric four-wheeled SCV cargo carrier, when launched should contend with the likes of trucks such as the Euler Storm EV with features such as ADAS.
