The vehicle is powered by a 1560 W BLDC motor and a 60V Lead Acid battery. The maximum speed of the vehicle is rated at 25 km/hr. The battery offers a range of approximately 100 kms.

The Deltic Vayu has a GVW of 655 kgs, with a payload capacity of 310 kgs. The Vayu is a very compact and yet amply spacious vehicle with dimensions of 2790x 990x1790 mm and a turning radius of just 2.32 mm. The vehicle gets an M.S heavy-duty chassis and an ABS Plastic/Metal roof material.
