Mahindra Blazo X 35 LIFT AXLE

January 2, 2020:  Among the most famous haulage models in the Blazo X range is the new Mahindra Blazo X 31 Lift Axle. It belongs to the Blazo X 31 family which has the likes of the X 31, X 31 8X2 tipper and the X 31 8X4 Tipper. The maximum permissible GVW of the Mahindra Blazo X 31 Lift Axle is 31000kg and is offered in three possible vehicle configurations - Cabin & Chassis, Face Cowl & Chassis and Cabin with load body options. The load body options have a choice of - Fixed Side Deck and High Side Deck. The loading span with Cabin is 24 ft, 26 ft, and 30.5 ft and with Cowl are 25.5 ft, 27.5 ft, and 32 ft, respectively.

The Mahindra Blazo X 31 Life Axle has a wheelbase of 5600 mm while the ground clearance stands at a commendable 250mm. The Mahindra Blazo X 31 life Axle has a tiltable cabin with a sleeper berth. Suspension duties are handled by a Semi Elliptical leaf Spring with Shock Absorber for the front while the rear gets Semi elliptical leaf springs as well.

Powering the Mahindra Blazo X 31 Life Axle is the company’s BSIV compliant 6 cylinder 7200cc Mahindra mPower FuelSmart diesel engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 274bhp made at 2400rpm while the peak torque rating of 950Nm arriving in the very low rpm range of just 1100-1700rpm. The transmission duties are taken care by an Eaton 6S 6-Speed manual gearbox mated to a 395mm diaphragm type single dry plate clutch. The top speed is limited to 60kmph and the Mahindra Blazo X 31 offers a gradeability of 23% fuel tank capacity is 330 liters along with a separate 42-liter tank for Ad-Blue.
