Tata Signa 3118.T Engine & GearBox: The Cowl truck gets the proven and reliable Cummins ISBe 5.6L engine. It produces 180hp of power with maximum torque of 850Nm. The engine is tuned to Tata’s 6-speed manual gearbox. 

Tata Signa 3118.T Axles & Clutch: Tata's extra heavy-duty 7T-reverse Elliot type and rear axle is single Reduction RA110LD. The clutch is 380 mm dia push type single plate dry friction organic lining.

Tata Signa 3118.T Frame: The frame is ladder type, the heavy-duty that comes in 285 x 65 x 8.5 cm.

Tata Signa 3118.T Fuel Tank & Tyre: The truck comes with a 365L capacity fuel tank made out of polymer and fitted with an anti-fuel theft mechanism. All 10 tyres are 295/90R20 radial tube tyres.
