A double synchro cone design in a manual transmission includes two synchroniser mechanisms for each gear, which helps in synchronising the speed of the gear and the transmission input shaft during shifts. This results in smoother and more precise gear changes.

The Mahindra Furio 11 truck is powered by a 3.5-litre mDI Tech 4-cylinder Bharat Stage-VI compliant diesel engine. This engine is engineered to produce 138.12 hp at 2400 rpm and 525 Nm at around 1250-1800 rpm. The diesel engine is also mated to a 6-speed overdrive synchro manual-type transmission. 

An overdrive synchro manual-type transmission is a manual transmission system that includes an overdrive gear and synchronisers for smoother gear shifting. The overdrive gear enables the engine to operate at lower rpm while maintaining higher vehicle speeds, which can enhance fuel efficiency. 

Additionally, the Furio 11 is outfitted with semi-elliptical leaf spring suspension. The primary function of a semi-elliptical leaf spring suspension is to support the weight of the vehicle and absorb road shocks and vibrations. When the vehicle hits a bump or uneven surface, the leaf springs flex and compress, absorbing the impact and providing a smoother ride.
