The Eicher Pro 2114XP CNG is an ICV (intermediate commercial vehicle) with a 16.37-tonne gross vehicle weight. The Pro 2114XP CNG truck has a 3.8-litre E494 4-cylinder 4-valve turbocharged and intercooled engine that produces a maximum power output of 135 hp (100 kW) at 2400 rpm and a maximum torque output of 450 Nm at 1400-2000 rpm. Its drive shaft is a maintenance-free monotron propeller shaft which delivers rotational power across the entire powertrain of a vehicle.

Additionally, its fuel-efficient engine is aligned to an ET50S7 7-speed type gearbox using a 330 mm diameter clutch for adequate transmission. This CNG truck features front parabolic leaves suspension with shock absorbers and rear semi-elliptical laminated leaves with helper springs for a jerk-free cargo ride. It comes with air-actuated drum brakes to effectively control and slow down the vehicle.

In terms of cargo body, the Pro 2114XP CNG model is available in five variants – L17, L19, L20, L22, and L24 – with 5252 mm, 5811 mm, 6101 mm, 6780 mm, 7363 mm in length. Despite having variations in load body lengths, the cargo body width of 2287 mm is the same for all variants. A 258 mm ground clearance ensures safe cargo mobility.

A longer wheelbase variant gets more tuning circle diameter (TCD) to make it less able to take sharp turns than a variant with a shorter wheelbase.
